Hard Core

My kid is a daredevil! Yesterday for the first time (though I'm sure not the last) I arrived to the babysitters to hear a report of why Wyatt has a big red bump on his forehead and a cut on his nose.

Turns out my sitter has a couple new babies she's starting to watch so she pulled out a couple of the baby seats. One Wyatt can get into and will sit in happily for a little bit before getting bored. For some reason with the other he decided he needed to try and sit on it backwards. Inevitably he ended up toppling off the back of the seat, bonking his head and cutting his nose.

Thankfully I have a pretty tough kid and he only cried for a couple minutes. At which point he decided to try climbing back onto the same seat he fell off of!

So now we have our first obvious war wounds (we have had a couple little ones but nothing quite as noticeable as this).
